Why does our website not just quote an interest rate?

Every loan scenario is different.  Without talking to a mortgage professional, you won't know for sure what loan product you qualify for.  There are many factors that impact what rate you are quoted:

Property Address - some neighborhoods can qualify you for better than market rates

Income- You might qualify for pricing incenties based on your income

Points - If you shop a loan with points, are you sure that is the right option for you?  Paying Points can actually cost you more money if you do it when you shouldn't.

Adjustable or Fixed - The lowest rate is not always best - If I can get you a loan that starts at 2.25% but it adjusts every month and you plan on staying in the house for 5 or more years, that loan probably isn' the right option for you, even though it is the lowest rate.
